5.0a   - some time in 2016, code ressurection for Nordic Replay support

          - Version Alignment - LOL
            Don't worry, since I finally decided to continue the x.y(a-d) versionstyle of the ROM itself
            I just aligned the FlashUtility version to the ROM version we are working on in parallel.
          - Many textimprovements :)
          - Added detection for ST (Thompson) FlashROMs (flash, clear and dump works fine)
          - fixed a few glitches on diskroutines
          - fixed the AR dump code aswell as several problems that would arise from not having
            the jumpers properly set - tested all configs
             STILL! MAKE SURE THE BANKJUMPER IS PROPERLY SET - that one is hardest to test and
             if it fails unforeseen things may happen!

0.05   -  (30-Apr-2002)

          - added better filename routines
          - added configuration menu for RR-ROMs (3.8alpha and up only!)
            future FlushUtil Versions will have more options! But the preferences design
            is backward compatible
          - Added ProgramFlash Editor and Creator !!!

          - Updated the SilverSurfer Routines. Whenever the program is waiting for a serial
            transfer it can be aborted using RUN/STOP aswell now.

          - added SilverSurfer Flash-Support (along with the RR Utility from Groepaz)
          - improved Clear FlashROM to work on AMD29f010 normal, A and B versions (B was unable to clear)
          - aligned SilverSurfer receive routines to 0.4beta version of Groepaz' RR.exe utility

         - Slightly improved error-handling
         - MAJOR speed improvements :

           V0.01 - flashing 64kb with stock 1581 as drive - 9:47 mins (yieks!)
           V0.02 - flashing 64kb with stock 1581 as drive - 4:51 mins (better)
           V0.02 - flashing 64kb with PC-parallel receiver- 1:11 mins

           While flashing, the written bytes are also verified.
           Now most of the time is spent on loading the data to flash, as
           you can see. Similar speeds as my par-receiver can be
           achieved using a CMD HD attached parallel to a JD-equipped C64.
